CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

Feature

No application for the stall will be accepted without the required payment in full and advance. The stalls will be allocated first come first serve basis, so be early and pay to get stall of your choice.

Stall holders must have current third party/ public liability insurance and copy of current certificate must be provided with the application. If you do not have public liability insurance then please discuss with in advance.

Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed to served or sold.

Stall holders are required to set up their stall before 11.00 am on 12th October and start trading 1.00 pm and must finish trading 09.00 pm and must vacate the premises by 10.00 pm. All vehicle must be removed from loading /unloading area by 12.00 midnight access to park will be available on 12 october 10.00am.The security staff can ask to remove any vehicle seen at other times.

Food items on sale must be properly covered and handed in according with the health standards of the state of SA.

The stall holder takes the full responsibility of operating the stall.

All vehicle used at venue must be driven at a walking pace with hazard light.

 Indian in Australia inc reserves the right to cancel any stall operation. All stall booking fees/cost are non-refundable.
